Notes on booth selection, payment, and refunds:

We do our best to limit the number of similar vendor booths; we don’t want to skew a room too much in a particular direction. Even if we have available space remaining, we may not be able to approve certain vendors because we already have enough for that particular show. Don’t hesitate to ask if we’re at maximum on a particular type vendor at a show, or if there are shows where we are lacking a vending category. Our number one objective with vendors and artists is that you make money at our events!

It can sometimes take weeks to go through all the applications we get, especially for artists. We try to look at all the links you provide and make informed decisions for our rooms. Please do not apply for a particular show more than once. This sorts you further back in the mix of applications for that event.

We only send out approvals; we do not send out rejection emails. If booths sell out, we post on that convention’s website as well as sending out an update via email to everyone on our list. We don’t send out rejection emails for many reasons, including that additional space may open up via the wait list.

We are now invoicing all booth payments through Square. Once approved, you will receive an invoice from our system and have one week to pay.

We do not hold booths or take deposits; booths must be paid in full to secure space. All booths are nonrefundable unless the show is canceled or postponed.

If you need to cancel, you may sell your booth to another vendor or artist, but they must be approved to exhibit before they will be confirmed. We do not do refunds or transfers to other events. Please do not sell space without approval.
